Are the client names shown in these case studies real?

Some are, some aren't. Live clients who have given consent are named — you'll see their brand alongside the "Live client" tag. Others are anonymised at their request, particularly clients in regulated industries where naming an external vendor is commercially sensitive. The outcomes and metrics in every case study are real, regardless of whether the client name is shown.

What's the difference between a "Live client" and a "Demo" build?

A "Live client" engagement was commissioned and paid for by a real client — the problem, the solution, and the outcomes are all from that real engagement. A "Demo" build was created by Gigaflop Techlab to demonstrate a specific capability or service offering. Demos are fully functional, production-quality builds — they just weren't commissioned by a paying client. Both types represent work we've actually shipped.

How do you verify the outcomes and metrics shown?

Every number comes directly from platform data — GA4, BigQuery, Snowflake, Meta Events Manager, Google Ads, Power BI exports. We don't estimate or model projected outcomes; we report what the platforms actually measured. Where client sign-off is required to publish a metric, we either get it or we don't publish the number. If a case study shows a percentage or a cost figure, it was real.

Do you only work in the industries shown across these case studies?

No. The industries shown — SaaS, fintech, ecommerce, healthcare, recruitment, hospitality — reflect the clients who've hired us so far, not a restriction on who we work with. Our practices (Data Engineering and AI Engineering) are industry-agnostic at their core: fragmented data, unreliable reporting, and missing automation show up the same way whether you're a Series B SaaS or a 50-location restaurant chain. If the problem fits our practice, the industry doesn't matter.
